Alexandre Rousseau, principal architect
A software architect and lead fullstack JavaScript developer, Alexandre is an engineer from ENSEIRB-MATMECA (telecommunications, software engineering track). His path took him from development to the role of technical architect, by way of team leadership.
A developer, then tech lead and technical architect at an analytics software vendor, he supported up to five fullstack teams there. Several years of international experience in Canada led him to drive, as a fullstack tech lead, projects for major Canadian accounts.
He now designs the architecture of a technical foundation shared by five fullstack teams within a large telecom group, where he is the referent for automated QA, development practices and agentic AI integration. This agent-driven software factory, run in production, illustrates our conviction: tool up quality and automate to ship fast and well.
