SITIAM Solutions, the data controller, publishes KeepPushing and Wedaura: this policy describes the data these two products process, why and how. This showcase site itself collects no personal data.

SITIAM Solutions designs and operates KeepPushing and Wedaura. We are responsible for the processing described here, for both products.
The sitiam-solutions.com site has no form. Only your language preference is remembered there, in your browser; it is not sent to us.

Your account
To use a product, you create an account with your email address and a password, or with your Google account. Your password is never stored in plain text. Your session is kept by a sign-in token.
If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google confirms your email address and sends us an account identifier. We never have access to your Google password.
What your data is used for
Your data is used to provide the service: creating and securing your account, saving what you enter, letting several people work together, managing your subscription and sending you service emails.
We do not sell your data. Advertising only concerns the free version of KeepPushing, under the conditions described below.
Who can access it
The people you share a space with (the loved ones planning a wedding with you, the members of a league) see the data of that space.
Our technical providers only access it for their role: our host stores the data; Brevo sends service emails, such as the one used to reset a password; Stripe processes payments; Google is involved if you sign in with your Google account, and for the KeepPushing advertising described below.
How long
Your data is kept as long as your account exists. You can delete your account yourself, from your profile; what goes and what stays is detailed for each product.
Payments are kept by Stripe, under its own obligations.
Wedaura, planning your wedding
What you enter
Your wedding profile (first names, date, venue if you provide it), your budget, your guests, your lists, your vendors and the other sections you fill in.
To plan the wedding together, you can invite loved ones by their email address. They see and edit the same wedding.
Photos and images
The images you add (photo of the couple, inspiration boards) are kept in a file storage service. Only the people who have access to your wedding can see them.
Payment with Stripe
The Premium subscription is paid through Stripe, a payment provider. Your bank details are entered with Stripe: we do not see them and do not keep them. We only receive the status of your subscription.
Emails with Brevo
Brevo sends, on behalf of Wedaura, the service emails related to your account, such as resetting your password.
No advertising, no audience measurement
Wedaura shows no advertising and sets no advertising or audience measurement tracker.
Deleting your account also deletes the wedding you own and your sign-in identities.
KeepPushing, karting leagues among friends
What you enter
Your driver name, your leagues, your outing registrations, your votes, race results and teams. This data is visible to the members of the league concerned.
A league administrator can export its data and attach a photo of a session’s results sheet. These photos are kept in a file storage service, visible only to the league members.
Payment with Stripe
The paid plans (Ad-free, Plus) are paid through Stripe, a payment provider. Your bank details are entered with Stripe: we do not see them and do not keep them. We only receive the status of your subscription.
Emails with Brevo
Brevo sends, on behalf of KeepPushing, the service emails related to your account, such as resetting your password.
Cookies & advertising
The free version may show Google AdSense ads. When advertising is active, and only after your choice, Google may use cookies to show ads. Your choice is collected by Google Funding Choices, Google’s consent message.
You can change your choice at any time from “Cookies & advertising”, in your profile or on the “About” page. Without your consent, no ad is shown. Ad-free and Plus subscribers see no ads. KeepPushing does no audience measurement.
When you delete your account
An ongoing subscription is first cancelled with Stripe. Then your account, your sign-in identities, your league memberships, your votes, your outing registrations and your invitations are removed.
The leagues’ racing history stays: your driver becomes a plain name on the grid again, and published results as well as results sheet photos stay with the league. If you are the only administrator of a league, first hand over the administration or delete the league.

You can access your data, correct it, erase it, ask for a copy, object to a processing or ask for it to be restricted. You can also withdraw your consent to advertising at any time.
Some of these rights are exercised directly in the products: editing your profile, managing your advertising choices, deleting your account.

For any other request or question about your data, write to us and mention the product concerned. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
